I just got back from the hospital....again. I'll get to that in a minute though.
After I made my previous entry, I got a call from my brother saying he could take me to my appt., which made me happy. So, I told the nurse she didn't have to worry about chauffeuring me. So, I got in the shower and that's when it happened. I was almost done and all of a sudden I started having trouble breathing, I felt dizzy, my vision started to get blurry, and I just started to feel weak. I immediately got out of the shower and sat down. I called my mom and told her I was going to lay down, but to call me in 15 minutes to make sure I didn't pass out. After a bit, it passed and I was fine. I finished up my shower. It was very odd. So, I got to the doctor and my BP was the same as on Monday....not great. After I told them about the dizzy spell this morning, the doctor thought it would be best to send me over to the hospital to be checked out. So, my brother took me and they hooked me up to monitors again. Thankfully my blood pressure eventually went down. They drew blood and did a urine test and finally let me go after 3 hours. My brother stayed the whole time. Is he a good brother or what? Hubby came up to check on me, but he couldn't afford to miss any work, so he went back down to work.
So, that's the scoop. I have to do another 24 hr. urine test. My favorite...I'll have to drop it back off at the hospital tomorrow afternoon. Lovely, huh?

Ummmm...doesn't bedrest mean you're to stay in bed? Dishes yesterday, leisurely shower(s) today!!! Girl, lay down! ;)

Man you had me freaked out there girl. I figured since you were writing the entry you were OK. Sebbiedue you crack me up LOL!!! Ok I'm with her though get in bed!! Sure sounds like you have one terrific brother. I wish I had a brother (heck or a sister) very cool he got to go with ya to the doctor. Take it easy girl I can't wait to come visit ya and see your place!! OH and Abbys room!!! LOVE YA
TAKE IT EASY>.....I am very worried about you. Don't over-do it tomorrow. I know it will be hard to miss part of the holiday...but Abby will thank you later!!!!

Hey Girlie! STAY IN BED! I know that bedrest is hard, but do it for you AND the baby! Hope you stay rested and give your brother an extra thank you hug from your journal pals! Lots of Love!
