Grumbling

I'm too frustrated for words right now. I'm so angry that I can't even go into it, but to just ask for prayer, prayer, and more prayer! We're, yet again, having trouble with the stupid pain management people! This doctor has lied now on 2 occasions and we're stuck. Right now Hubby is without any pain meds and in severe pain. He went over to the ER today and they had to consult with the pain mgt. doctor, who flat out lied to the ER doctor and Hubby only got an anti-inflammatory out of it. If I was the violent kind, I'd go in there and beat that doctor 2 ways to Sunday! I know this is not the answer, but if I wasn't breastfeeding, I'd be having me a stiff drink right about now!

So, my aunt and cousin are coming through town tonight. They're on their way to Cincinnati and they're going to stop in and see my Dad. He's on his way home from the hospital now. He's doing great! The only problem now is affording his medication. He's diabetic and he's needing insulin right now and if he doesn't get it, it could affect his recovery, so without insurance, this is difficult. You do the math. So, please also pray about that. Anyway, it will be good to see my aunt and cousin, if even only for a little bit.

Piglet's been a bear lately. She's into this squirmy, squealing stage and it's annoying! You can't hold her anymore without her turning and twisting every which way. She also fights sleep really bad now. When I'm trying to hold her to get her to sleep (when she's so obviously tired) she arches her back and pushes away and just squeals. She still isn't going to sleep on her own. If I put her in bed before she's asleep, she just plays for awhile and then will cry and cry and cry. Letting her cry it out doesn't work! She wins everytime! I told Hubby the other night that we'll have the only 20 year old who needs to be rocked to sleep by her Mom!

I'll leave on a positive note with a few pictures of Little B. Hope you don't mind that I posted them first Mac-n-cheese!

Hitting a doctor could be part of hormones!!! Do ya think that could work!??!!

I'm sorry about what your hubby is going through. It just plain sucks. I hate that this doctor is doing that to him. If ya'll get on your insurance, can you change doctors???

Glad your dad is on his way home. I'm so glad that things are going well, thought I hate the whole insurance/medicine stuff. Praying for your family!

Lots of Love!

No, I don't mind! He is my nephew - I love to look at him! I haven't downloaded my pics yet...I need to and I need to get some printed before I go to KY this weekend. He is so cute!!!!

Sorry about all the frustration. I have had my share of back-pains and I can't imagine just having to live with it constantly. It sucks - actually worse than child-birth, in my opinion. So, sorry you guys are having to deal with all of this junk....and your parents and finances. Wouldn't it be great if you could get the medicines and physician care that you need without having to worry about it causing you to go bankrupt! Glad he is home!!!

Love ya...and praying!
